The soft backrest is composed of MDF board with polyethylene and covered with a top quality plastic-coated fabric. The moving backrest allows the unique exercise programme. Using Mastercare can naturally relieves ankle-knee-hip dysfunctions, shoulder stiffness, neck pain, pain in the lower back, etc. Only a few minutes a day and only tilted at 15 degrees, it is enough to relieve the joints and realigns the pelvis and spine!
