Shipping & returns

Delivery locations are limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding Islands District.

1. Free delivery is provided for orders above HK$600. For orders less than HK$600, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply or choose SF Express paid by receivers as an option.
2. Orders could be pick up from store, no minimum charge applies.
3. Delivery date and time are arranged by region. From Monday to Friday (9:00-17:00). Delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
4. 10 working days after confirmation of order and it will be delivered according to the schedule above.
5. If emergency delivery or Islands District delivery is needed, additional charges apply.
6. One delivery address is allowed per order. Delivery service is not available for address that cannot be reached by truck directly.
